I’ve always been a great fan of cupcakes. They satisfy cravings for your desired flavor, and always please everyone if you need to serve a crowd. And the plus point is, they are NOT difficult to make. Today, I’m sharing my most favorite cupcake recipe with you. Marbled Cupcakes Ingredients: Butter 5 1/2 oz Method: Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in eggs one by one, alternating with flour. Beat until smooth. Add in vanilla essence. Divide the mixture in half into 2 separate bowls. Add cocoa and milk to one bowl and mix well. Preheat oven on 190° C. Spoon equal amounts of each mixture into cupcake paper cases. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven, cool on wire rack and serve. Note: This recipe makes around 12 cupcakes.
Caster Sugar 5 1/2 oz
Eggs 3
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Self raising flour 5 1/2 oz
I was so bored yesterday and was craving for something sweet. Oh by the way let me tell you all that I do have a sweet tooth and I can never resist sweet or chocolates, they are my guilty pleasure (haha). So I thought of making something sweet but at the same time quick!
So I went straight into the kitchen and to kill my boredom made Coconut Truffles, sharing the recipe with you all.

Coconut Truffles
Ingredients:
Desiccated Coconut 1 1/2 cup
Sweet Condensed Milk 1/4 cup
Icing Sugar 1/2 cup
Cooking Chocolate for coating
Method:
Mix desiccated coconut, icing sugar and condensed milk in a bowl. Make small balls with gentle hands and freeze them for an hour.
Melt cooking chocolate on hot-water bath or double boiled till smooth. Let is cool for around 5-10 minutes then dip coconut balls in melted chocolate, take it out.
Sprinkle desiccated coconut on top or roll it in coconut (your choice).
Allow the truffles to set in a cool room for a while then refrigerate it. Serve when chilled.
